Description: Pure, cholesterol-free vegetable oil extracted from high quality soya beans.

Description: Flour milled to retain the fibre and nutrients present in wheat germ and bran.

Applications: Hearth breads, rolls, buns, pita bread, pow, bake, accra.

Packaging: Bales of 15 x 1kg and 10 x 2kg

WHEAT BRAN

Description: The outer coating of the Wheat Kernel that is removed during the milling process as a by-product.

Applications: Used as a source of fibre in baked goods such as bread, bakes, muffins, macaroni and meat pies. It is also used as a breakfast cereal or can be added to other cereals and drinks.

Packaging: 45 kg polypropylene bags, 10 x 500g polypropylene bales.

Storage/Handling: Store wheat products in well-spaced rows in a dry, well-ventilated area, free from objectionable or volatile odours.(Recommended environment 22°C- 25°C, relative humidity60% - 65%). Rotate products using a first-in-first-out system.

WHEAT CEREAL

Description: Quick cooking granules of energy-rich wheat farina.

Applications: Used as a cooked hot cereal, in desserts, beverages and local sweets.

Packaging: 45 kg polypropylene bags and 30 x 500g polypropylene bales.

WHEAT GERM

Description: This is a germ (Embryo) of the Wheat Kernel that comes off as a by-product during the milling process. It is rich in protein, iron and vitamin E.

Applications: Used in in or as a breakfast cereal, bread, breadings, muffins, meat loaf and as a topping on yogurt and ice cream.

Packaging: 45 kg polypropylene bags and 30 x 250g polypropylene bales.

COCONUT MILK
 

Characteristics: A white powder hygienically prepared from fresh coconut milk and contains no preservatives.

Uses Ideal for desserts, cocktails, puddings, toppings, can be used as flavor and general cooking

INSTANT GINGER TEA
 

Characteristics: Powder made from freshly crushed ginger root with a strong ginger taste and pungent aroma
