BAKING POWDER
 

Description:  Baking Powder is a white free flowing powder that comprises mixtures of substances intended for leavening of baked goods, which release carbon dioxide during dough making and baking. These substances include:

  • A carbon dioxide carrier which provides the carbon dioxide

  • One or more leavening acids which facilitate the release of the carbon dioxide

  • And, if necessary, separating agents such as starch which prevent preliminary carbon dioxide generation caused by the reaction of acidic and alkaline components.

Applications: Cakes, Quick Breads, Pasteries, Bakes, Specialty Breads, Cookies.

Packaging: 50g, 115g, 225g, 455g Polyethylene Packs, 2kg, 4.5kg & 20kg Paper paks and 4kg Polyethylene Pails.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
