National Flour Mills Limited (NFM) wishes to advise its shareholders of the following Covid-19 protocols which will be in effect at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders carded for Thursday 30th July 2020. Due to limited seating, accommodation at the venue will be restricted to NFM shareholders as listed on the Shareholders Register. Temperature screening on entry and use of a facemask for the duration of the meeting will be mandatory. Seating will be done on a first come first served basis, and attendees will be required to adhere to distancing and hand hygiene guidelines. We take this opportunity to remind shareholders that the meeting will be streamed live via Zoom. Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting virtually must pre-register by contacting NFM’s Corporate Office between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 noon on July 28, 2020.
