Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

    • 2 Cups Lion Self Rising Flour
    • 1 Cup Good and Natural Whole Wheat Flour
    • 1 tsp Cinnamon
    • 1 tsp Nutmeg
    • 2 Eggs (Optional)
    • 3/4 Milk
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • 1/3 Cup Lotus Soyabean Oil
    • 1 Cup Puree Banana
    • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

    Method

      1. Pre-heat oven at 350 F
      2. Combine flour with cinnamon and nutmeg
      3. Combine Liquids together
      4. Stir in pureed banana and chocolate chips
      5. Spoon mixture into lined muffin tins
      6. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until inserted pick comes out clean
